Global Technology Solutions recognise the need for organisations to deliver quality service to the business in the ever changing environment of service management. Taking this into consideration GTS created the newly formed Best Practice Division in order to support current and future clients in delivering quality services and service improvement. Recognising the demand and the shift in the Market GTS brought in a number of experienced Service Management Consultants to train staff and support the current recruitment services to ensure recruitment consultants are empowered and qualified to review service management candidates and also offer a number of Best Practice Consultancy services and training.
