Welcome to GTS Best Practice division
Global Technology Solutions recognise the need for organisations to deliver quality service to the business in the ever changing environment of service management. Taking this into consideration GTS created the newly formed Best Practice Division in order to support current and future clients in delivering quality services and service improvement. Recognising the demand and the shift in the Market GTS brought in a number of experienced Service Management Consultants to train staff and support the current recruitment services to ensure recruitment consultants are empowered and qualified to review service management candidates and also offer a number of Best Practice Consultancy services and training.
Global Technology Solutions have built on the already successful recruitment and resource services to compliment ITIL® Best Practice by offering the following services.
With the continuing reduction in the cost of outsourcing and the pressing demand from businesses on IT departments to increase service availability, IT departments are now treated as third party service suppliers!
This shift in approach has added additional pressure and accountability on IT departments to control costs and to improve the quality of services delivered. Guidance is sought through Best Practice to assist IT departments in meeting business demands. Read more >
