Call Logger/ Call Scheduler/ Customer Services Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a call logger/ call scheduler/ customer services administrator to join fast growing dynamic organisation based at their prestigious offices in Aldermaston


Key Accountabilities
• Liaise with customers to schedule engineer appointments
• Process documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately,
efficiently and in a timely manner
• Analytical approach to managing internal and external queries
• Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment
• Be a decisive and creative thinker with the ability to think outside the
norm
• Assist colleagues and management with additional tasks as and when required

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience working within a customer helpdesk environment
• Experienced in delivering client focused solutions
• Experience of working with CRM systems and MS office suite essential
• Good geography skills

Desirable
• Experience working within a technical helpdesk environment
• Experience scheduling engineers
• Experience working within the utilities sector

Candidates will work as part of a rota 8-16.30, or 9- 5.30pm

N.B candidates must be able to drive as the offices are not near public transport.
