A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Call Scheduler/ Administrator to join well established blue chip organisation based in London.
As a Call Scheduler / Administrator you will have a strong call scheduling background ideally within the IT Services sector.
You will be responsible for liaising with the end users, engineers and team leaders to deal with any queries they may have.
Your customer skills will be second to none as this is an extremely customer focused role
