Detailed Job Specification:

We have an exciting opportunity for a level one helpdesk engineer to join a blue chip company at their prestigious offices in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting users for workstation migration ACE2 (Office 365)
• Support user during migration
• Escalate to lev2/manager
• Answering User emails and calls
• Be able to explain O365 migration to secure user during the different steps
• Register all incidents in a database

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Skills and some experience Office 365 migration
• Good communication
• Engineer should be ready and accept to work through the phone the main part of the day
• Fluent in French
• Experience in a level one helpdesk environment
• Desktop Services including Printers (standalone and MFD), desktops (network connected and standalone machines connected to specialized factory equipment’s), laptops, Scanners & Multifunction devices
• Handheld computing hardware devices and associated system software (i.e., smartphones and tablets,)
