IT Support Engineer

If you are looking for IT support engineer jobs in London, we have a great contract role for an experienced IT support engineer. A minimum of 5 years of experience is needed, and VIP support, Azure/Intune, and finance experience are also required. This is an onsite role in London; the initial contract is for 3 months.
This role is inside IR35 and it only suitable for umbrella contractors
Fluency in French would be advantageous for this role but is not essential.
Firstly, experience in operating within a Service Desk environment and team, supporting users remotely, and managing tickets through an incident management tool
Secondly, you must have a strong background in supporting the full Microsoft Office suite on the Windows platform, with recent support.
Also, have excellent all-round knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, with recent support experience in Windows 7 and 10.
Furthermore, you must have strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and suites.
Enterprise support of Microsoft Office 365, desktop, and admin
Must have very good customer-facing skills and be well presented.
A strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction
Lastly, good attention to detail and a methodical and thorough approach to work
Firstly, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in 1st to 3rd line support
Secondly, have a VIP support experience.
Also, financial institution experience
Finally, Azure qualification
Shifts
Rotational: 7.30–4.30pm and 10.30–7pm
5DPW London onsite is needed.
