Service Desk / Call logger - 1st Line
1st line support jobs in North London with immediate start dates. This contract is for a 1st Line Service Desk Call logger. Contract is on a 6 week rolling contract. The pay rate is £15 to £16 per hour and this role is inside IR35. As a result, this will need to be through an Umbrella contract. To start with you will be based in the office in North London but this role may become remote working longer term.
We require a first line service desk / Call logger for a contract role starting ASAP.
You will be supporting with the following:
Firstly, answer calls coming into the helpdesk
Also, triage and resolve tickets that relate to O365, Windows 10, Active Directory accounts and permissions
Finally, assign tickets to other team members were required.
Firstly, be focused on customer service
Secondly, must be self-driven and process oriented
Have good written and oral skills
Experience of working in a service desk role would be a benefit
Also, good time management
Must be a good problem solver
Finally, you will be well presented, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator – a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential for this opportunity as it is a customer facing role.
