1st line support jobs.
This role is a 1st Line Service Desk / Call logger. This is on a monthly rolling Contract. The pay is £15 to £16 per hour.
This role is Inside IR35, therefore suitable for Umbrella contractors only.
This role is based onsite in the offices in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire on a 3 month contact. However, there is a possibility for it to become remote long term.
We require a first line service desk / Call logger for a contract role starting ASAP.
You will be supporting with the following:
Firstly, answer calls coming into the helpdesk.
Also, triage and resolve tickets that relate to O365, Windows 10, Active Directory accounts, and permissions.
Finally, assign tickets to other team members where required.
Firstly, be focused on customer service.
Secondly, must be self-driven and process oriented.
Have good written and oral skills.
Experience working in a service desk role would be a benefit.
Also, good time management.
Must be a good problem solver.
Finally, you will be well presented, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator. A positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential for this opportunity as it is a customer facing role.
