GTS’s Business Development Manager Jobs –  Security Solutions.

The hours are 09:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday on a rota.
The salary is £40k plus commission.
Located in the Leeds area. But, you will be based from home.
This role includes all standard company benefits.

Our client is a blue-chip company that is growing fast. We are looking to fill Business Development Manager jobs with Security Solutions.

Tasks for Security Solution Sales:
Firstly, be able to talk about a security solution and demonstrate all areas of our company.
Work with the different managers to understand how the solution will assist the customer.
Also, meet and exceed revenue sales objectives.
Manage the sales pipeline, reports, and account plans.
Be a security expert. This is with our customers, their industries, risks, managed services, and information security technology.
Also, make sure the client has a good user experience throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documents.
Meet regional sales growth whilst hitting margin targets.
Include the full breadth of Solutions within your business plan.
Finally, consult with clients and the sales team to identify business needs.

Skills for Security Solution Sales:
Firstly, have 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Be able to Present Security Sales concepts.
Be driven and a good team player.
Must have the ability to meet sales KPIs.
Support the sales team with sales build strategies. Such as, identifying sales upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Also, have a good understanding of security.
Finally, experience in selling in the corporate and property management market would be a plus.
