Cambridge jobs has a new role for a Desktop Support/ Technical Support Engineer
The salary is from £40,ooo to £50,000 and is a full time role.
It’s hybrid working 3 days for the office in Cambridge and 2 days from home.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Tier 2 Support Engineer. Who has proven commercial experience in supporting Microsoft, Networking, and Security products.
You will configure, monitor, and maintain the infrastructure. This is used to support the delivery of the customer’s Services products, applications, and network.
The role is to work with their internal Support Engineer teams, third-party suppliers, and other company teams to achieve high levels of security, availability, reliability, and supporting systems. This will lead to their improvement. You will also help to mentor and coach the service desk team Tier 1 to achieve Microsoft competencies and accreditations.
Some key aspects of the role will include:
Provide support on Microsoft Azure platforms.
Configuration and monitoring of Azure, O365, Network, and Web services.
Prepare and maintain technical support documents.
Manage the change processes in line with policy and process.
Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role (10 years).
Must have knowledge of Configuring web and function apps.
Also, Azure Front door and WAF Policies.
We are looking for an AZ 104 current certification.
Working experience in configuration and monitoring of API Manager.
Expert knowledge of Application insights configuration and monitoring.
Detailed knowledge of Azure Service Bus.
Working experience with Azure SQL.
Hybrid working, at home and in the office.
