An exciting CCTV Operator opportunity has arisen for a Control Room operator to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Yate in Bristol.

As a CCTV Operator / Control Room Operator you will be a good problem solver, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer service possible.

Candidates with experience in CCTV Monitoring or Alarm receiving Centres will be well received. SIA License would be advantageous, but if you have good service, people related experience we would like to talk to you.

Please note our client has night and day shifts available the  night shifts are 12 hours shifts four nights on four nights off.

As a CCTV Operator/ Control Room Operator you will be responsible for:

Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems
Preparing compliancy documents
Liaising with service providers via telephone & email
Emergency out of hours support for the Alarm Receiving Centre
Person Specification

A focus on delivering good customer service is essential
Excellent written communication skills
Great telephone manner
Competent IT/Computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
