Change Analyst Jobs.
This is a hybrid role. 2 days are office based in Hampton, Peterborough. (1 of the days being a Tuesday).
The rate: £200 – £220 per day. This role is inside ir35 so is for umbrella contractors only.
The hours are 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Firstly, day to day admin of changes and releases. Maintain a precise record of all related activity.
Accountable for the review of Change Requests, checking for compliance against defined processes. Run the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for progression or rejection of the change.
Internal process development and improvement to maintain best practices. Enable the delivery of the required service levels.
Also, work closely with internal and external stakeholders. This is to ensure the quality of service and adherence to contractual obligations.
Create and submit weekly and monthly SLA performance and activity reports.
Oversee the creation and submission of Post Implementation Reviews. This includes appropriate follow up actions.
Finally, identify improvement opportunities to reduce failed and unauthorised changes. Attain a high level of successful completion.
Firstly, ITIL v4 Foundation certified or proven understanding of Service Management methodologies and best practice (essential).
Innovative thinking, in terms of service quality and improvements within the boundaries of company limits. For example, resource, budgetary, legal, etc.
Previously used an ITSM tool and a document repository. For example, SharePoint.
Also, ability to produce analytical and performance reports for customer consumption.
An understanding of all of the Service Delivery departmental operations, systems, processes and structure.
Previous experience in owning or contributing to key business processes.
Finally, experience in running, or being present at, a Change Advisory Board meeting.
Firstly, excellent organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Be passionate and professional. Have a proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.
Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels. Work well on a one-to-one as well as group basis.
Perform to high standards. Work well under pressure and to deadlines.
Good time management skills. This is in order to fulfill workload as well as meet customer SLAs.
Also, Learning Based agility.
Finally, good interpersonal skills. Have the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels and adapt style suitably.
