We have an exciting Change Lead Resource opportunity for a change lead to join a well established organisation in Thurrock on an initial 6 month contract with likely extensions.

This role is majority remote working – happy to consider part time working 3-4 days a week.

Change Lead Resource

Overall requirement
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by the project
Lead on communication
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Assess the change impact
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts
Provide input to the L&D team on requirements
HR experience (Org change project only)
Use HR expertise to drive people efficiencies and support services to design and implement future proof structures that deliver services

Outcomes required

Complete change management assessments
Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult and coach project teams
Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Support and engage senior leaders
Coach managers and supervisors with identified leads
Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Manage stakeholders
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organisational level
Manage the change portfolio
Microsoft Office 365 experience needed
Local Government experience as a change lead needed
