We have an exciting opportunity for a change management & communications lead to join a blue chip organisation on an initial 6 month contract based in theale.


Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the role will be remote.


Shift Pattern:  5 days / week, 8h / day, variable between 1000-1830 and 1100-1930


The business is running a digital transformation programme which will impact most areas of the business and needs someone to take the lead on Change Management.


This person will:


  • Be the co-ordinator and editor for all user communications and training related to the Digital Transformation programme, plus contribute to development of Customer communications.


  • Work with many internal teams right across the business to ensure the success of the Change Management for the programme, so that users follow the new business processes and use the new systems.


  • Have some flexibility in working hours, to accommodate working with North America.

Internal User communication

  • Build a Change Management plan, to include user communication and training across multiple channels
  • Prepare packs for managers to explain the programme, why and what is happening, impact on various areas
  • Support managers in delivering the packs, answering questions, running Q&A sessions
  • Build and maintain FAQs
  • Facilitate the recording of short videos on various aspects of the programme
  • Facilitate online sessions on specific topics
  • Contribute to the internal web pages about the programme
  • Organise and edit the writing of a User Guide for the Opportunity to Billing part of the programme
  • Organise and assist with the delivery of user training, initially for the pilot and later for the main rollout
  • Measure the effectiveness of the communication and suggest improvements


External Customer communication

  • Contribute to preparing a Customer communication plan
  • Contribute to writing customer and sales documents, explaining the changes and timing
  • Contribute to a customer/Sales FAQ




  • Facilitation of meetings, workshops, presentations and online training
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to track and prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work in and across multiple teams and time-zones (primarily North America)
  • Ability to sell the idea of Change Management to a broadly technical audience
  • One or more Change Management methods/models/approaches


  • MS Office & Teams
  • SharePoint


  • Has done a similar role successfully on a similar transformation programme
  • Has worked in a multi-team technical environment
  • Has demonstrated the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • Work remotely
  • Oral and written comms skills
  • Specific experience with CPQ/CLM/Billing would be a bonus
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
