Customer Services Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Admin to join a blue chip organization at their prestigious offices in Croydon on initial 3 month contract.
DBS Check is required for this role – candidates must either already have one or be willing to go through check before start date.
**Role is inside IR35 – umbrella contractors only**

Customer Services Admin Key skills and experience includes:
• Quick typist
• Highly organised
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisation & prioritisation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation as required
• Flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks
• Ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be PC literate with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
– Role will be making calls to users to recover laptops and offer a return label if user needs. Candidates will also need to use TEAMS to contact users
This will be on a short term three month contract, possibly extending to longer term.
