Desktop Support Engineer Jobs in London. GTS has an exciting IT Contract for a Junior Desktop Support/ ServiceNow Engineer in London. This role is on an initial 12 months contract but this may be extended.

This is a site-based contract role and is inside IR35. As a result, this role is suited to umbrella contractors only.

We require DBS for role.

Responsibilities:

Firstly, Microsoft end-user technologies including:
Windows 10 OS
Microsoft Office 365 suite application
Finally, walk up bar support, working in SNOW. This includes x2 shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00. You must be flexible for both.

End – user technologies including:

Firstly, Outlook Email Client, Microsoft Teams.
Also, Cisco Webex.
Knowledge on AD.
Deployment Tools like SCCM.
Antivirus Management Tools like SEP client.
Finally, knowledge on Service-now.

Attributes:

Have the ability to work in a team as well as individually.
Be professional and courteous.
Have good problem solving skills.
Also, have very good communication skills, both written as well as verbal.
Personal accountability for results.
Be detail oriented and have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
