GTS has an new opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a organisation in Dublin on an initial 12-month contract.
This is an onsite role in Dublin.
Firstly, you will resolve 2nd Level Deskside support issues accurately and efficiently, within set targets. Importantly, you will maintain a professional manner at all times.
Crucially, you will be committed to service quality and customer experience.
Secondly, you will take ownership of tickets escalated from the service desk & other teams, and in so doing will handle them appropriately. Requirement of 24/7 on-call support or weekend support.
Firstly, excellent English skills, along with confident communication and have Desktop Support experience.
Secondly, knowledgeable about customer service and also be comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
Additionally, be confident in your ability to work independently and work well as part of a small team.
Furthermore, willing to learn new skills and procedures and have a positive mindset.
Ability to plan activities and projects.
Comfortable working in a stressful environment.
Good organisational skills as well as problem-solving with attention to detail.
