First line Application Support Analyst, HTML/ CMS
Bromley. Permanent, Site based role.
Up to £21,000 – £25,000 DOE

A First line Application Support Analyst website role within a fantastic, fast-paced business which offers an opportunity to make a big difference to a growing team and the satisfaction of supporting a substantial client base within the education sector.

Key responsibilities include directly supporting our clients (video and phone calls), either using our bespoke CMS or WordPress, quality assuring and testing our developer’s work, troubleshooting website projects and building customer relationships.

• Communication; you understand CMS technologies, and can support the wider team with technical queries. You understand the importance of clear communication throughout the business.

The Detail:

As a team member responsible for bridging the gap between our developers, designers and our clients, we are looking for a candidate with:

• Experience in CMS software (experience with WordPress is desirable but not essential)
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Google Analytics (JavaScript/PHP would also be advantageous)
• Knowledge of site security, hosting environments and DNS configuration
• Ability to lead on cross-browser testing for new sites
• Relevant IT qualifications, experience and/or references

You would be joining a team of 3 1st line support analysts, within a wider technical team.

You will have the technical knowhow for this role, with excellent communication skills and a enthusiasm for IT and helping people.
