We have a great role for Information Security Architect with hybrid working.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Information Security Architect to join a well established blue chip organisation.

Information Security Architect – hybrid working two days office either Peterborough or London and three days from home.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, reviewing, designing and implementing security solutions and infrastructure.
Secondly, guiding the business into a secure future keeping our clients certification and infrastructure secure. Furthermore, being a trusted security advisor to the business and helping explain solutions to the management in order to get buy in.Finally, create IT designs, and documents both directly (solo write/group review) and collaboratively (group write/group review). Implement effective people change management so that new process and solutions are embraced

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Most importantly, a passion for Cyber Security and able to demonstrate an in-depth Knowledge of Security risks, trends, and solutions.
Also, a good understanding of Managed Security Services that are available to help organisations reduce risk and improve security maturity.
Collaborating  with the UK and Global functional peers to ensure that security tools and solutions are implemented appropriately.
Be able to develop, implement and maintain the information security safeguards and measures to
enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide regular updates to Business leadership on clients and International Security Posture and initiatives.
Consult with internal business partners to identify network and security requirements and implement solutions.
Be able to provide level 2 support for Information Security
Ensure that new projects / deliverables are reviewed from a Network Engineering and
InfoSec perspective and meet clients standards.
Experience in attending Global Architectural review boards on behalf of a Corporate IT organisation.

Essential:

Most importantly, 10+ years’ experience in Cyber Security within a technical pre-sales capacity or
similar role with experience in designing complex solutions for a range and size of
customers, within different verticals.
Furthermore, detailed knowledge and relevant accreditations are required in technology, marketplace and business practice perspectives.
Good understanding of the Cyber Security Market and key areas like Endpoint
Security (EDR / MDR) and Cloud Security.
Strong capabilities with at least two top tier security vendors such as, Palo Alto.
Good knowledge in other security vendors such as, Netskope, Mimecast and Proofpoint

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Firstly, Independent and relevant certifications for example. CISSP, CISM or CISA.
Commercial acumen with an awareness of the financial implications of design
decisions across Capex and Opex budgets and the impact on TCO and ROI.
Secordly, ability to lead teams through a Security journey and deliver tangible benefits
quickly.
Furthermore, experience of working with IT Policies, standards and procedures.
Demonstrate experience of building, maintaining and influencing relationships with a
range of internal and external stakeholders.
Able to support pre-sales bid activity, solution designs and operational teams.
Strong experience in compliance with NIST, PCI and ISO27001
Experienced in the production and maintenance of Info-sec related documentation,
for example, ISMS and infosec policies.
Finally, able to act as the primary interface with Compliance and IT

Desirable:

Firstly, good understanding of commercial, business and strong planning and communication skills.
Secondly, be pragmatic with the ability to balance the desire for idealise solutions against
the need for rapid, low-cost delivery of services.
Finally, recognised with  a top class reputation within the business and
appropriate gravitas to resolve issues quickly.
