IT Contracts Peterborough

GTS has an great opportunity for a Service Improvement Data Reporting Analyst. This role is a hybrid. As a result, two days will be working from the office in Peterborough. And the other days working from home.

The hours are 37.5 hours a week. The days and times are Monday to Friday 7:00-16:30 .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS CONTRACT ROLE:

Firstly, you will be gathering and maintaining business reporting and actively undertaking data analysis and data interpretation.
Secondly, prepare reports and presentations for the management team.
Finally, developing new reporting insights across a range of operational projects.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW FOR THIS CONTRACT JOB:

Firstly, able to use Microsoft applications with other Reporting solutions. Such as Power BI and /or SQL.
Working experience in VBA.
Secondly, have an analytical mind. And have an interest in working with data.
Have a basic understanding. And the ability to use JavaScript or JSON coding.
Be Self-motivated. And be able to work independently.
Professional and proactive. Have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Quality orientated and good attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills. This is key for this contract role.
Have impartial decision-making. This is also key for this Contract job.
Proactively highlighting possible improvement opportunities.
Most importantly, be able to work collaboratively within a team and support all stakeholders.
Finally, be data-driven degree. But is not essential for this role.
