NET C# Developer – Feltham Middlesex

Our client is looking for a C# Developer who has a genuine interest in developing software. You will be an enthusiastic, self-starting problem solver with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. As a NET C# Developer, you will be an excellent communicator who is both a good fit for our client’s team and is approachable. This role will be working on a new exciting project building a new web-based front-end alongside our client’s flagship product. The successful applicant will be working with cutting edge technologies, mainly on the greenfield project.

The successful candidate will be expected to be heavily involved with the ongoing day to day planning, development and (development) testing of this software in an agile working environment as well as third line support for the software.

Required experience, the candidate should have the following experience:

Web UI – Angular 2 / MVC
NET C# (2+ years) commercial experience (.NET Core preferable)
Microservices
Knowledge of software design patterns / Threading
Agile methodologies
Unit testing / TDD / Mocking

Nice to haves, Ideally the ideal candidate would (also) have the following:

Experience with API design / REST
NoSQL Databases (MongoDB)
Redis
Message Queuing (MSMQ / RabbitMQ)
Kubernetes / Docker
CI / CD
Jenkins
Octopus Deploy
