This is a permanent role based in Reading. This is a hybrid role, with 1 day a week in the office.
The Salary is £33,000 to £40,000 plus Double OTE and benefits.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to work within our successful sales team. You will identify, develop and advance relationships with clients to maximise sales. With a proven track record in selling Service
Management Solutions / IT Services, the successful candidate will work closely with delivery functions to ensure the successful execution of projects and build a personal sales pipeline for long-term success.

Duties:

Firstly, increase sales pipeline, from lead sourcing to account management.
Present (new) services and enhance existing relationships.
Generate leads by cold calling prospective clients, confirm meetings, as well as following up marketing
campaigns.
Also, identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
Forecast sales targets, submit monthly progress reports, and ensure that the data is accurately
entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
Also, track, record, as well as report activity on accounts.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify as well as develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiations.
Finally, gravitas to liaise with C-level executives operating in large, international blue-chip organisations
across all business sectors.

Skills and Experience required:

Firstly, proven track record in IT Service Management sales and the IT Service industry.
A wealth of existing connections in the industry would be advantageous.
Also, successful track record of at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Be a new business winner as well as an experienced account manager.
Proven ability to create, negotiate as well as manage long-term relationships.
Ability to identify client issues/needs and translate them into compelling solutions to address clients’ requirements.
Also, ability to produce compelling presentations.
Have the ability to engage, motivate, influence, as well as negotiate at all levels.
Excellent commercial as well as relationship negotiation skills and business acumen.
Highly motivated self-starter, ready to hit the ground running.
Also, have the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Full, clean driver’s license.
Degree level educated, preferably in business / management.
