IT Services Jobs. We have an exciting Presales Specialist – Professional Services and Technical Solutions role. This is an opportunity to join our blue chip client on a permanent basis in London.

The position will be fully office based while in training and then move to hybrid.
This role is 3 days in the office / 2 days at home

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
£60,000 – £65,000 based on experience.

Duties will include:

Firstly, work with Sales and the wider business to build as well as maintain customer relationships.
Support Sales in the development and closure of leads.
Also, regular customer engagements to understand requirements.
Build close working relationships with partners and suppliers. These will be utilised in building customer solutions.
Author associated project documents. E.g. Statement of Works (SoWs).
Definition of project deliverables, assumptions, as well as exclusions.
Solution design and technical authority for technical solution opportunities and projects.
Finally, size and calculate Professional Services resource effort profiles.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:
Firstly, articulate principles of thought. This includes assumptions and exclusions.
Also, Infrastructure Management.
Server and Storage solution design and implementation.
LAN Enterprise design and implementation.
Also, Wireless Network design and implementation.
Presales experience.
Also, High-Level Design.
Customer facing presentations.
Production of SoW.
Finally, intermediary between Sales and technology delivery.

Desirable:
Firstly, solution deployment and transition Multi Vendor Experience.
Have the ability to speak publicly.
Able to Whiteboard Solutions.
Finally, Blog Posts / Ideas as well as Content creation.
