IT Support Jobs London: GTS has an exciting IT Contract for a Desktop Support Engineer in the city of  London. This role is an initial 2 months contract but this may be extended. The day rate for this role is up to £140 per day.

This is a site-based contract role and is inside IR35. As a result, this role is suited to umbrella contractors only.

DBS will be required for this role.

Tasks and Experience required:

Microsoft end-user technologies including Windows 10 OS and Microsoft Office 365 suite application.

Hardware/Software and Remote Support including:
Imaging and automated deployment of operating systems.
Knowledge of Workspace One (Airwatch).
Conference room equipment management.
Encryption / Antivirus Apps administration.
Remote Support, VPN, and RSA Tokens.
Upgrading PC hardware.

End-user technologies include:
Outlook Email Client, Microsoft Teams.
Cisco Webex.
Knowledge on AD.
Deployment Tools like SCCM.
Antivirus Management Tools like SEP client.
Knowledge on Service-now.

Personal attributes required:
Firstly, have the ability to work alone, and as part of a team.
Have excellent communication skills, both written as well as verbal.
Also, have determination and enthusiasm.
Finally, you will be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
