We have an exciting IT Technician opportunity for an IT Technician/Build Engineer (workshop) to join a blue chip organisation on an initial 2 month contract in Reading.

**onsite role and inside IR35 – umbrella contractors only**

To set up and configure tablets and mobile phones as part of a refresh Project

IT Technician Role Tasks.

Set up Tablets and Smart Phones in line with Customer specifications.
Remotely liaise and configure Tablets and Smart Phones with the Customer over the phone
Accurately update any required databases and spreadsheets as requested.
Organise return of old devices.
Assist with deliveries and shipments as required including Booking In and Booking Out using required databases or spreadsheets.
Undertake any other SRL activities as directed by the SLW Manager.
Comply with all Health and Safety and security rulings in place at client

Key Experience Required:

• Good telephone manner
• A good standard of English & Maths skills
• Basic IT skills in Microsoft products
• Previous experience of Active Directory preferred (Can be trained on the job)
