We have some great ITSM consultant jobs. This role is for a Junior ITSM Consultant – ITIL.
This is a full-time role. The rate is £30,000 to £40,000.
This is a hybrid role based in Reading. This post includes travel within Europe.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior ITSM Consultant to join an existing team of consultants. This is a new role due to rapid growth in the organisation.
The key purpose of the role is the delivery of an extensive portfolio of consulting services. We are looking for a confident and skilled individual. You will be up to date on the latest service management methodologies, in particular ITIL. You will be working to support our Senior and Principal Consultants in the delivery of consultancy services. This is whilst bringing your service management expertise. You will be able to learn from the more senior team members around you. You will play an active role in supporting them. For example, helping to create client reports and other deliverables.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Firstly, delivery of a full portfolio of training courses.
Deliver presentations at special events and external vendor events.
Also, establish and maintain solid project management skills.
Finally, action specialised consulting services as assigned.
Firstly, establish and maintain in-depth knowledge of ITIL. Also, specific consulting products.
Strive to establish and maintain “subject matter expertise”.
Establish and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, IT support tools, and how effective they are.
Technical understanding of Service Management technology.
Firstly, help create loyal customers by being accurate, reliable, and taking ownership. Provide a high degree of specialised knowledge. Also, make sound recommendations and solutions.
Act as a front-line ambassador. This is by representing the company at customer sites.
Contribute to a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention. This is through representation and effectiveness of delivery.
Provide ongoing, meaningful feedback on all service and product offerings. This is with the view to offer the highest quality consulting services in the industry.
Take a proactive approach to make recommendations for improvements. This is to the current lineup of services.
Be able to communicate well verbally. You will be required to possess strong speaking skills. Also, have the ability to explain complex concepts and models in a workshop environment. Occasionally, deliver presentations to very large audiences at conferences. Must also possess a strong ability to facilitate group discussions and questions during workshops.
Also, have good written skills. Develop instructional courseware, conference material, and presentation documents.
Degree or equivalent.
IT Service Management experience.
Must be able to travel. This is essential.
Finally, ITIL Service Management working knowledge.
Knowledge of consulting best practices.
Strong customer service skills.
Understand IT management and IT Support function-related best practices.
Quality Frameworks and Continuous Process Improvement.
Basic Project Management skills.
IT Sales Executive – ITSM
This is a full-time role based in Reading. The rate is £40,000 to £70,000. The start date is ASAP.
Service Delivery Manager
This is a full-time role based in Stuttgart. The rate is 50 to 55000 euros per annum. The start date is ASAP.
Head of Service
This is a role based in Southampton. The rate is £55,000 to £85,000. The start date is ASAP.
ITSM Technology Sales Executive
The rate for this role is £40,000 to £60,000. This role is full-time and based in Reading, Berkshire.
IT Support Analyst, Junior Help Desk
The rate for this full-time role is £24,000 to £28,000. This role is based in Barnsley. The start date is ASAP.
