If you are looking at jobs Chester, we have a great contract opportunity for a PC/Audit engineer. The initial contract is for 13 days, but this may get extended. This is a site based role and inside IR35, as a result this is only suitable for umbrella contractors

Scope of Work:

Firstly, conduct an extensive physical audit of all IT assets across Stanlow and Tranmere.
This project will entail the following and will include:
Securing Asset acquired list, Site Discovery, Identify Assets, Classify Assets, Assess Assets, Identify Asset Owners, Asset Location and Asset Reconciliation.

The main objectives of a physical verification of IT assets:
To be certain that the assets listed on the balance sheet are accurate, authentic, and real. Also, determine whether the IT assets exist.
And, check to see if all the listed papers are legitimate.
Furthermore, determine whether the asset’s condition is correct.
One of the primary goals of verifications is to determine asset ownership and title.
Tag untagged assets following the company guidelines.
Asset tag type (Bar Code, QR Code, RFID etc.)
Also, show the right asset and liability value.
Maintain a high level of compliance.
Verify that asset are genuine and the worth is represented.
Lastly, check that assets are not misused or stolen, make sure verification is completed.

This role would suit a newly qualified engineer.
