We have some exciting jobs in Biggin Hill, this role is for a desktop support engineer and is on an initial 3-month contract. The company is well established.

The role inside IR35 therefore only suitable for umbrella contractors

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

End-User Computing
Knowledge of troubleshooting devices
Ticket handling via ServiceNow
Laptop imaging
Floor Walking
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other desktop applications.
Install, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot printers and other IT assets.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

2 years experience within desktop support, as well as skills in network fault troubleshooting.
Great problem-solving skillst and he ability to support software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communicator.
Proactive, attentive,  friendly attitude, and a self-starter.
