Firstly, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Tier 2 Support Engineer, who has proven commercial experience in supporting Microsoft, Networking, and Security products.
The successful applicant will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure. This is used to support the delivery of the customer’s Services products, applications, and network.
The role is to work with internal Support Engineer teams, third party suppliers, and other company teams. This is to achieve high levels of security, availability, reliability, and supporting systems, leading to continuous improvement. You will also help to mentor and coach the service desk team Tier 1 to achieve Microsoft competencies and accreditations.

Responsibilities:

Firstly, provide support on Microsoft Azure platforms.
Also, configure and monitor Azure, O365, Network, and Web services.
Prepare and maintain documents in support of technical work instructions.
Prepare for and manage the change processes in line with policy and process.

Skills and Experience required:

Firstly, significant demonstrable experience in a supporting role (minimum 10 years).
Expert knowledge of Configuring web and function apps.
Experience with Azure Front door and WAF Policies.
Demonstrate experience of configuration and monitoring of API Manager.
Expert knowledge of Application insights configuration and monitoring.
Detailed knowledge of Azure Service Bus.
Finally, working experience with Azure SQL.
