IT Jobs in the Netherlands. We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a well established organisation in Goes, Zeeland, Netherlands. This is on an initial 2-year contract.
The successful candidate would need to be fluent in both Dutch and English.
You will perform the 2nd Level Support activities for the requests of the End Users received from the Service Desk through the dedicated staff present at the Customer’s Sites.
Three years of experience in Desktop Support.
Proof of professional IT training and/ or certificates of vendors (Preferred by Microsoft).
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Use of Personal Computers and connected devices.
Standard SW platform of the Customer in Microsoft operating environment.
Microsoft Office 365 suite, One Drive, Teams.
Operation in a local and geographic network environment or Windows.
Platform management tools, especially SCCM.
Good knowledge of the use and typical problems of the Customer’s environment.
Ability to use productivity tools (Remote Control, supervision console, and anything else made available by the Customer) to better define the problems being managed.
Ability to use call recording tool.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have the ability to work well independently and as a team.
