GTS has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established growing company in Andover.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to senior management and has a primary purpose of increasing leads and conversions and ultimately growing the business, working for a company that truly cares about its client’s needs.
Creating and developing the Sales and Marketing Team within the company
Managing Advertising, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales.
Research, development, and pricing.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
Writing and proofreading creative copy.
Using a CRM system.
Monitoring performance of the team and associated Line Manager duties.
Strong experience in performance marketing (a minimum of 5 years), having undertaken digital campaigns for different types of businesses including eCommerce (ideally Shopify).
A proven track record of working in a Digital Account Manager role within a marketing/digital agency
Strong experience running paid campaigns, especially Google Ads and social media campaigns.
Be a user of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Buffer.
Experience and confidence in Analytics reporting e.g., Google Analytics and Social Media platforms.
Create and deploy engaging email campaigns.
Manage end-to-end email campaigns.
Have a good working knowledge of Websites and SEO.
Ideally, be familiar with the project management system ‘Asana’.
Monitor and analyse website performance, and make recommendations to improve business goals.
Assist with data segmentation and manipulation for campaigns.
Create landing pages and data capture forms related to email campaigns.
Establish, track and report on selected campaign metrics, including a review of eCampaign benchmarks.
Develop opportunities for marketing automation.
Devising and executing an SEO strategy enabling us to appear in a strong online position.
Use Photoshop and Canva to update creatives for use in e-Campaigns and social media.
Ensure sales and company literature (incl. brochures) is accurate, printed & available.
Be comfortable with written English.
Write social media posts.
Creating engaging content (SEO optimised) for blogs, case studies, and other online channels.
Use Microsoft Word.
Senior level Marketing position with at least 10 years in Sales/Marketing.
Team management experience.
An understanding of the ‘care’ industry &/or eCommerce will be of real benefit for this role.
Excellent communication skills.
Project delivery skills include planning, optimisation, budgeting, presenting, reporting, and data analysis.
Fantastic interpersonal skills and being a team player within a small team is crucial.
You’ll be a self-starter, ready to roll your sleeves up and create, own, and implement a robust digital strategy for both companies.
