GTS have an exciting opportunity for an MDM engineer to join a well-established organisation in Melville. 12-month but this may be extended.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, maintain, manage, update & Support the SOTI mobile device management solution (MDM) and connected devices and Support the Design and Architecture of SOTI mobile device management platform.
Secondly, support & maintain, configure and onboard new RF guns and thermal printers
In addition, add and remove the devices from the console including requesting and maintaining security service accounts
Deployment and testing of the operating system; security, firmware and drivers updates
Troubleshoot devices related end to end issues for supported backend application & systems
Moreover, maintain support knowledge and continue the “train-the-trainer” approach, keeping the team knowledge up-to-date.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

5+ years experience managing MDM (Mobile Device Management) global infrastructure.
3+ years experience managing SOTI MobiControl MDM servers
Zebra RF Devices, Pick2Voice and Pick2Light knowledge and experience
Experience with Zebra specialty label printers is a plus
Finally, working knowledge of  StayLinked servers is a plus
