A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a network engineer in our service desk, your role will be varied and busy and would give you the chance to play a leading role in the support of our over 400 customers, while also helping us to get the most from new technologies such as network automation and self-provisioning devices.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

As a network engineer, it is obviously important you can demonstrate a senior level of experience and knowledge around the technologies we work with… and more. This would include:
Network technologies including Cisco ISO Routers, Border Routers, Switches, ASR Firewalls
Security equipment and services such as Fortinet firewalls
WAN and SD-WAN – for example, Cisco, Viptella, Fortinet
Wi-Fi – Meraki, Fortinet, Aeronet
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate at least CCNA-level technical skills, or similar.
