Network Security Engineer Remote Jobs. We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Security Engineer fluent in Mandarin to join our client on an initial 12 month contract.
The day rate is £450-£475 a day and is fully remote and outside IR35.
The hours are in line with CST region working day. Working from 01:00 to 09:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

Key tasks include:

Architecting, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access
Engaging with end users while providing leadership on outage bridges
Supporting Zscaler products like ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC, DLP, SSL Inspection, Web Filtering, Firewall
Provide Technical Support for issues escalated by Level 2 Operations
Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTPS, VPN, SSL Certificates, SSL Cipher Suites.
Understanding of troubleshooting methodology and client upgrade methodology
Gather requirements, create specifications, and design solution for projects while working with various teams
Coordinates activities with other system areas and vendor, and deal with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing and servicing.
Follow processes to ensure the network systems and services meet an operational uptime.

Essential skills:

Must be Fluency in Mandarin
3 years of experience as IT Security Engineer, Cyber-Security Analyst, Security Systems Engineer with firewall, IPS, Web Filtering, SSL inspection, Sandboxing background
Hands on experience with protocols ( IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, TLS, PKI).
Experience securing a large inter network establishing and enforcing policies and monitoring access.
ZPA/ZIA Administrator certification and CCNP Security or higher preferred.
Firewall management for CISCO FTD
Experience in resolving network connectivity failures.
Must have excellent understanding of networking at all layers of the OSI model.
Wireshark, HTTP Header Traces, PAC file configuration, Fiddler
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated success in managing, analyzing and solving complex network issues
Experience in managing network and security technologies.
