Product Manager Jobs – ITSM MSP

This is one of our permanent Product Manager Jobs based in London or Peterborough with Hybrid working after induction.
The salary is £50k to £55k per annum, plus £5k annual performance bonus.
We require a number of Product Managers. Specialising in Support Services and Service Desk MSP. You will have extensive knowledge in Field Services / Breakfix support / hardware maintenance, Service Desk, ITIL Services.

As a Product Manager, you will set the standard for customer driven agile innovation. Work in close collaboration with diverse teams across the business. This role also requires a high degree of business acumen, technical proficiency, and people skills.

You will be responsible for:

Firstly, Business Management.
Establish and keep relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
Develop and maintain great working relationships with sales teams, services teams, and third parties.
Act as an authority on product management for services related to managed service and Cloud Care propositions.
Attend relevant vendor events and be the “go-to” individual for your products and services.
Perform internal or external customer research using cost-effective means of gaining insight into the “voice of the customer”.
Conduct and manage market research with sales teams to define appropriate market rate pricing for new services.
Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders, and provide support to Business Development Managers during the sales process.
Also, work with key stakeholders to develop and refine business and pricing models for the product. Create cost models for services with the FP&A/Finance team.
Monitor and optimise the product while in the market.
Identify and champion toolsets that complement services.
Utilise and help refine standards for product design and Product Delivery Management.
Ensure the company is prepared to deliver and support the product throughout its life cycle. This is by owning the process of definition, prototype, launch, and refining of the products and services.
Collaborate with other product managers. This is to avoid duplication and manage dependencies.
Define and maintain a roadmap of future products that are aligned with the overall business strategy and vendor roadmaps.
Work with sales and delivery teams.
Define, document, and oversee the internal process that supports launched services.
Provide training and workshops for various groups including sales and services on the products which have been designed before launch.
Finally, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage the flow of new ideas. Align product and platform architectures and capabilities.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Firstly, have experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
Experience working for a company that provides break-fix support services.
Skills and awareness of key elements of services. This includes the ability to support, monitor, maintain, and with systems management.
Skills in a wide range of technologies and products. This is including Storage, Virtualisation, Compute, Networking, Collaboration, and Desktop.
Be familiar with the processes of product management.
Able to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Have the ability to understand and articulate technical details and requirements to all audiences.
Finally, good analytical skills. Have an understanding of product performance data and market opportunity data.

Nice to Have:

Ability to own and execute a process until completed.
Have a good eye for quality and detail.
Commercial aptitude to create solutions.
Able to create as well as drive a plan based on business strategy.
