This is a ServiceNow Project Manager post in a blue chip company organisation.

The Project Manager will act as the single point of contact for our client, working closely with customers and the internal team. Driving a successful delivery of plan is key to this position. The toolset that will be used includes ServiceNow in a client consulting environment.

The role will manage the client scope, plan implementations and deliver in scope and budget. This will also include working directly with the customer’s 3rd parties.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Project Tracking and Reporting including:
Firstly, P&L plus RAID Management
Secondly, Plan Creation and client reporting
SOW creation participation and validation
Most importantly, must be a key team player.
Creation of customer facing and internal deliverables plans.
Finally, drive the continuous improvements of our clients implementation, delivery and services.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Firstly, 1 years in Service-now.com platform, or similar ITSM toolsets post.
Secondly, be able to work with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and metrics.
Most importantly, have a solid understanding of delivery methodology
Have a Prince2, PMP or equivalent qualifications
Has proven leadership track record in managing teams
Be able to facilitate customer workshops and executive level meetings
Excellent communicate skills. Such as, present and produce documentation for differing audiences
Educated to Degree Level with a ITIL Certification.

Finally, experience in the below platforms would be advantage for role:

• ITSM,  ITAM, CMDB, HR and ITBM
• ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS Solutions and App Dynamics
