This role is located in London.
The rate is £25,000 to £30,000 and also includes company benefits.
This post offers hybrid working. 3 days from home, 2 days from the office a week.
Firstly, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for resource scheduling for a team of Professional Services technical resources.
Secondly, select and allocate resources as needed. This is based on availability, skills, and location.
Ensure the booking system is validated and up to date. Ensure MI reporting is accurate.
Also, manage the day-to-day bookings and small works for up to 15 consultants in an allocated practice.
Oversee the buddy system that is in place to cover absences. This is to make sure any work is covered for their practice.
Manage the CRM and Resourcing mailbox within Outlook.
Finally, ensure Statements of Work (SoW) and sign-off sheets are completed. Also, ensure these are signed by the client and filed on the system.
Firstly, engage with contract agencies and 3rd Party providers to find suitable resources. This is when in-house resources are not available.
You will be the first point of contact in the event of a problem preventing the completion of any scheduled tasks.
Inform Professional Service resources of their bookings and forward sufficient information relating to the job. This includes any supporting documents. For example, Location, Contact, Details, Proposal, PSBreakdown, Statement of Works, HLD, LLD.
Maintain internal and partner Skills Matrix. Update and publish regularly with new technologies or accreditations achieved.
Create analytical reports (Utilisation and others as requested by the Professional Services management team).
Liaise with consultants on a day-to-day basis to amend bookings. Also, organise daily schedules.
Plan out the consultant’s projects making sure they have enough time to complete the work they are booked out for, i.e. PDW, HLD, LLD, and implementation.
Proactively manage the Resource Worksheet.
– Review the resource scheduler to ensure no past provisional bookings are present. Also, keep it up to date with consultants’ annual leave and sickness.
– Continual validation of the resource scheduling systems to ensure accurate reporting data.
Validate Sales Orders (SORD). This is to make sure they have the correct resource code, quantity, cost price, selling price, and descriptions applied.
Engage with Resources and Managers to identify shadowing tasks for the consultants.
Liaise with project managers to book out resources for projects.
Support the Consultancy team. This is to ensure alignment with company governance and standards. For example, ISO.
Create weekly reports which are sent to the Resource Manager.
Weekly call with Solution Architects, BDMs, and Principal Consultants to discuss upcoming work.
Also, weekly call with the Principal Consultant to discuss current and future needs for the consultants (e.g. work, training, shadowing, etc.)
Firstly, working knowledge in an IT services, hardware or software related role.
Proven customer service skills.
Secondly, technical background in infrastructure, software, and operating system skills.
Client liaison on a technical level.
Also, working knowledge of dealing with personnel from varying backgrounds. This is including sales, technical, third parties, and clients.
Able to identify and prioritise key deliverables.
Lastly, the ability to create clear and measurable goals.
Firstly, good telephone manners.
Good communication skills.
Secondly, must be organised.
Be vigilant with good attention to detail.
Also, be passionate and determined.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and enthusiastic to learn.
