We have some great Sales Executive jobs. This new role is for an IT Sales Executive – ITSM in Reading. This role has hybrid working.
This is a full-time post. This role has a rate of £40,000 to £70,000 plus OTE.

Our ITSM solutions support our clients with their end-to-end (Enterprise) Service Management initiatives. This is by connecting people, processes, and technology. We are looking for a Sales Executive to work within our sales team. You will identify, develop and advance relationships with clients to maximise sales. The successful candidate will work closely with delivery functions to ensure the execution of projects and build a personal sales pipeline. This is for long-term success.
Full sales lifecycle management. Lead sourcing to account management.
Present new services and enhance existing relationships.
Cold call prospective clients. Follow up on marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
Forecast sales targets and submit monthly progress reports. Ensure that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
Track and record activity on accounts. Also, close deals to meet these targets.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiations.
Gravitas to liaise with C-level executives operating in large, international blue chip organisations.
Proven track record of at least 3 years of B2B sales working knowledge.
Be a new business winner as well as a strong account manager.
Proven ability to create, and manage long-term relationships.
Ability to identify client issues and needs. Translate them into compelling solutions to address clients’ requirements.
Be able to produce proposals and presentations.
Ability to engage, motivate, influence, and negotiate at all levels.
Excellent commercial negotiation skills and business acumen.
Ideally from a Service Management or IT Services background.
Be degree level educated. Preferably, in business or management.
