MSP IT Sales Executive

This permanent role is located in Reading. This role is hybrid, with 1 – 2 days a week onsite.
The salary is £29,000 – £42,000 plus Double OTE and Benefits.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our client in Reading in a hybrid position, which is permanent.
This role offers great variety in the working day, dealing on all levels with a diverse range of customers.
You will proactively contact potential new clients over the phone, and focus on developing existing relationships.
Identify and create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Firstly, full sales lifecycle management: lead sourcing to account management.
Produce quotations as well as proposals for all business lines.
Also, identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
Forecast sales targets, submit monthly progress reports, and ensure that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
Build as well as maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Also, conduct presentations and demos of our professional service offerings to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams. These include marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Finally, stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Firstly, 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role. This is along with a proven track record of success in professional IT services sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Also, be comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
Ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships.
Ability to identify client issues and needs. Translate these into compelling solutions to address clients’ needs.
Also, positive can-do attitude / self-starter.
Ideally from a Service Management / IT Services background.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Also, have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Ideally experience with ServiceNow, Freshworks, and ivanti.
Finally, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferably in business management.
