We have an exciting opportunity for a SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation in Stevenage on an initial 6-month contract.

**Role requires either a current valid SC clearance*

This role is inside IR35 – umbrella contractors only – Onsite role

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, you will offer 2nd Level Deskside support, as well as End User support.
Also, Hard/Soft IMAC and Break&Fix.
You will also help with troubleshooting and Hand and Eyes support.
Possibly 24/7 on-call support.
Weekend support as required/requested.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Excellent English skills.
Flexible, as weekend support will be required/requested.
Furthermore, we prefer for you to have previous experience in a similar role.
Preferably, the ability to work under minimum supervision.
