The Salary for this role is up to £45,000 plus DV clearance (when obtained).
This role is full-time.

Due to the nature of our client’s work, the successful candidate will need to already hold SC Security Clearance and be prepared to obtain DV Clearance. For this reason, we are only able to progress with applications from British Nationals.

As a Senior Technical Team Lead you will be working closely with the customer, account team ADL and wider account teams to implement our contractual delivery requirements as well as leading a team of circa 20 employees.

You will oversee an experienced team including several Team Leads dealing with a varied user base, in the end user services space. As a Senior Technical Team Lead you will be adaptable, organised, and flexible. Have the ability to conform to tight deadlines and meet SLAs.

As a Senior Technical Team Lead, you will be actively involved in suggesting and implementing strategic improvements. This is to help cultivate their long-term partnership with the company and their customer, so the ability to demonstrate a ‘smart working’ outlook and ideas is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Firstly, manage day-to-day operations for the EUS service under your remit.
You will act as a central point of contact for the EUS service. Work with the management teams to ensure all workload is completed on schedule and within the budget set.
Create and maintain a statement of work. This is to ensure this is a true reflection of delivery and manage the regular updating and approval of said SOW.
Be the single point of contact for the company account service line you operate within.
Be a point of contact for escalations. Assign technical escalation to the relevant resolver where required.
Manage BAU and Project escalations from the company, Business, Incident, and Request Management teams.
Responsible for people management tasks. This includes PDP, absence and performance management, holiday planning, scheduling, 1-2-1s for direct reports, holding team meetings, on boarding, off boarding, time management tasks, recruitment, and resource management.
Manage project requests. This includes validating requests and assigning them to the team for delivery.
Ensure you and your team monitor and respond to relevant call queues within OLAs and SLAs.
Produce performance metrics as required and requested. Review these with the company’s Account team. Also, compile and deliver a presentation on-site metrics to the respective client as required.


Assign ad hoc tasks and requests daily.
Ensure you and your team carry out weekly and monthly tasks. This includes monthly security access. Review confirmation emails and KPI reporting.
Update the team with information from the company and client to ensure they are aware of relevant business updates.
Responsible for finance tasks including but not limited to monthly billing, additional billing, overtime and standby, budgeting, and forecasting. Liaise with the company account team and the internal business team. This is to make sure forecasting and cost are controlled and shared with necessary colleagues and customers.
Manage security access within the team via the company and customer security teams. Ensure you follow agreed processes and procedures.
Manage HSE concerns and ensure team members have the required PPE.
Review Demand Forecasting for stock associated with the account.
Manage Refresh and Sanitisation of Monthly deliverables. Take part in a weekly call with the associated company programme team to manage and track delivery.
Manage delivery for client locations.
Contribute to open communications. This includes weekly drains review of performance to highlight issues and concerns. Finally, you must have an open, transparent approach.
