GTS’s ServiceNow Jobs UK. We are looking for an Elite Sales, Services, and Training partner for ServiceNow. You will supply design and implementation, as well as support services to clients globally.
If you have working knowledge in Enterprise Service Management or SaaS technical delivery, we would love to hear from you. Skills such as ServiceNow ITSM Toolsets (HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, Cherwell, etc.) and Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript Web Services) would be a helpful.
The main purpose of this role is to propose and govern technical solutions. This is whilst seeing over the quality of the solution architecture and design. You will be responsible for the vision that underlies the solution and the turning that vision into the solution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Firstly, oversee the relationship between applications, legacy systems, component libraries, content repositories, and databases.
Have an understanding of business and technical problems addressed by the solution. This includes key regulations as well as business drivers. Also, evolving business needs, and security for the client.
Communicate between the client, vendors, pre-sales, and the technical team. This is on questions, issues, and revisions.
Also, advise the client on the options. This includes the impact of new technology on their existing system.
Work closely with project management and delivery teams. This is to assist in the planning and review of project schedules, project reviews, and gap analysis.
Stay up to date on product progress to a level required to demonstrate as well as lead the team on.
Keep up to date on competitive analysis.
Contribute to industry events, sharing best practices and knowledge.
Lastly, excellent verbal and written skills are required.

BELOW ARE THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Firstly, 8+ years of working knowledge in technical design.
Proven ability to manage teams.
Skills in creating ROI and value propositions.
Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management is needed.
Working knowledge with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM toolset is needed.
ServiceNow skills in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, or HR products are desired.
ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are desired.
Working knowledge in multiple applications as well as supporting technology.
Be an expert in scripting languages. For example, PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
Web service knowledge in REST, SOAP, XML as well as JSON.
Knowledge of related databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) is a plus.
Must be able to travel.
Finally, must be able to work in the UK.
