ServiceNow Jobs requires you to be  DV cleared.

Developer/ Administrator Role is inside IR35, so applicants will need to go through our preferred umbrella company.

As a Service Now expert you will be responsible for to a mixture of administrative as well as development/implementation work. Furthermore, we are especially interested in anyone who has experience in the implementation of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in Service Now. Alternatively or  as well as, Field Service Management.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, you will be responsible to build service catalogue items, together with workflows in IT Service Management (ITSM) as well as CSM modules.
Secondly, you will complete specialist requests so to meet business needs, as well as new functionality requests.
Thirdly, you will be part of an implementation project team. As a result, you will build and deliver solutions, ensuring user requirements (Stories) are delivered to specification.
Additionally, as requested you will lead aspects of the overall development, so to deliver value and successful  benefits to the customer. For example, this may include: demos, training, and solutions.
Importantly, you will be aware of the impact of the solutions you are providing on other areas of the platform.
Where necessary, you will help out with day-to-day admin tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
Additionally, you will coach more junior colleagues through sharing experience and accumulated knowledge to help them develop.
Lastly, you will prepare documentation, as necessary.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Experience in managing, maintaining, and developing ServiceNow ITSM application.
Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD application.
Experience implementing ServiceNow Field Service Management application.
Skills in testing and creating test scripts.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
Service Now certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD.
Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working.
Fast learner, as well as an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time.

Additionally, applicants must hold current DV clearance.
