Head of Service Development / Head of Professional Services
This is a hybrid role, based in Southampton, Hampshire.
This is a full-time role.
Salary – DOE – £65,000 – £85,000. Plus car allowance and benefits.

GTS Southampton jobs. We are looking for an experienced Head of Professional Services to join a large IT services company based in Southampton, Hampshire. You will be technical, and coming from either a development or professional service background will be an advantage.
A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Firstly, manage the consultancy team. This includes time, scheduling, as well as ensuring work is completed on time and on budget.
Ensure work is made repeatable, through proposal writing, project plans, time estimates, and sales collateral (productization).
Finally, support the leadership team with go-to-market activities.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Firstly, working experience in managing an experienced team.
Secondly, the experience of “productization” of products and services.
Also, good at meeting deadlines, C-Level engagement.
Strong technical background so as to have a comprehensive work planning methodology for tasks as well as projects.
Finally, excellent written skills in proposal and presentation writing.
