GTS Team Leader Jobs has a new role for a Services Team Leader. The role is based in London but the role offers Hybrid working two days a week. Salary is £35,000 – £40,000 plus a £5,000 company bonus paid quarterly
The Team leader is responsible for:
Firstly, the day-to-day leadership of the Professional services Team. Secondly, make sure the team is successful and motivated. Finally, ensure all SLAs are met and the service meets all quality targets.
Firstly, lead the team to success whilst delivering an excellent support service.
Secondly, drive productivity, efficiency & improved Sales engagement.
Prepares PMP and training and development plans for all co-workers.
Also, create training plans, skills matrix & ensure co-workers are trained to work effectively.
Furthermore, complete monthly 121’s.
Schedule & carry out weekly team meetings with direct reports.
Improve and implement SLA targets.
Dashboard creation detailing team performance. Data analysis to spot trend’s & areas for improvement.
Act as the escalation point for work carried out by their team. Document escalations and close gaps to mitigate further escalations.
Review & enhance existing processes within the team.
Compile reports on monthly third party spend, analyse the use of third-party companies in relation to skill set and headcount and report findings to the Professional Services Operations Manager,
Collaborate with the Professional Services Operations Team Leader’s & Managers to deliver the agreed strategic and cultural direction of the Professional Services department.
Build relationships with Sales to make sure the service provided by the department is in line with KPIs
Support Supplier Management on the performance and quality of our 3rd Party suppliers and provide regular feedback.
Finally, cross trained so you can stand in for Resourcing Team Leader during their absence.
Firstly, must be able to demonstrate team and budget management skills for example reporting of business metrics, governance and delivery.
Secondly, proven track record in commercial awareness and be able to protect the interests of all aspects of services
Finally, experience of working in an IT Services company, IT channel, or value-added
