Junior Desktop Support Engineer / IT Technician
We have some great Technician jobs and we hope you like the sound of this one. Junior Desktop Support Engineer / IT Technician to join a blue-chip company in Crawley.
Firstly, working on image PC’s, Laptops, Tablets and Smart Phones in line with Customer SLA’s
Also, manage customers call queue inline with the SLA.
Accurately update any required databases and spreadsheets as requested.
Secure receipt of hardware from Customer suppliers (Laptops, desktop, screens, SFF printers, peripherals and cables
Identify any devices under Warranty and log and oversee warranty repair.
Also, assist with deliveries and shipments as required. This will also include booking In and booking out using required databases or spreadsheets.
As needed, undertake workshop configuration activities.
Finally, comply with all Health, Safety and security rules.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Firstly, previous experience required – Junior level
Must have basic IT skills in Microsoft products
Also, have a good standard of English & Maths skills
A clean full clean driving licence is needed
Furthermore, excellent customer service skills
A confident communicator who is able to engage at all levels
Must work well under pressure and adapt to change
Finally, 5 years worth of referenceable work history or education is needed.
