Andrea Banks worked for many years in technical recruitment. Then, Andrea decided to branch out and set up her own business over 22 years ago with the main aim being to “take the headache out of recruitment”. Andrea has taken Global Technology Solutions from strength to strength, focusing on hard work and relationship building. She has a full understanding of what both clients and candidates are looking for.
Andrea’s pride in her business is unquestionable, and her passion for what she does is infectious. This makes service delivery at the forefront of every decision made. This is to ensure longstanding relationships are maintained, and new ones built. A very strong leader who is driven to ensure that her GTS team gives a second to none service to all accounts, whether blue-chip or SME businesses. Andrea believes in a collaborative, solution-driven approach with clients, to ensure their needs are understood and met without that ‘pushy recruitment’ approach.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys time with her family and her French bulldog Harley. Along with sunny holidays and plenty of champagne!
