All employees are expected to familiarise themselves with this policy and to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking to their supervisor, manager, Human Resources department, or any other designated individual or reporting channel.
Due Diligence
We will conduct risk assessments to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.
We will engage with our suppliers, contractors, and other business partners to assess their policies, practices, and controls related to modern slavery and human trafficking, and to promote compliance with our standards and expectations.
Mitigation and Remediation
We will take appropriate measures to mitigate and address risks of modern slavery and human trafficking identified through our due diligence processes, including terminating relationships with suppliers or contractors found to be in violation of this policy.
We will provide support and assistance to any individuals identified as victims of modern slavery or human trafficking, including access to counselling, legal assistance, and other necessary services.
Training and Awareness
We will provide training and awareness programmes to educate our employees and supply chain partners about the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and to promote understanding of their roles and responsibilities in preventing and addressing these issues.
Training will cover topics such as identifying signs of modern slavery and human trafficking, reporting procedures, and ethical sourcing practices.
Communication and Reporting
We will communicate our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking to our employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders through our website, corporate communications, and other channels.
We will regularly review and report on our progress in implementing this policy and addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks, both internally and externally, as required by law or regulation.
