The salary is between £22,500 and £24,000 per annum (increased after successful probation). Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus participation in the ‘On Call Rota’
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team on a permanent basis in Stockbridge. This is a rewarding role that involves managing and supporting a group of carers, ensuring the highest level of care and service is provided to clients.
As the Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for carers, building strong relationships and handling their day-to-day needs with efficiency and empathy.
First, be the lead point of contact for a group of carers, addressing their concerns and providing support.
Second, manage communication with carers, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
Likewise, develop and nurture positive relationships with both carers and customers, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of care.
Also, handle scheduling, record keeping, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Use problem-solving skills to tackle day-to-day challenges and think strategically to anticipate future needs.
Finally, maintain records and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
First, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ office experience in a similar role.
Second, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Have good problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Also, have a high level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
Friendly and confident telephone manner with the ability to handle various queries efficiently.
Lastly, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
