Cloud architect jobs

If you are looking at cloud architect jobs, we have a great contract role for a for a cloud architect to join our client in Brussels on an initial 12 month contract. This role will be onsite.

The Key Tasks are:

Firstly, an analysis of the integration of different information systems.

Secondly, data analysis and data modeling.

Likewise, prototyping, architecture, design, and implementation of web/mobile applications.

Also, design and development of architecture components and building blocks.

Production of software architecture documents.

Development/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications.

Formulation and/or elaboration of test cases/programs.

Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the users.

Assistance is provided during relevant parts of analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting.

Creating designs and blueprints for cloud architecture.

Identify, propose, and implement technical solutions for the design and development of application components (including presentation, backend, and integration).

Internal testing for the Access Points implemented feature or resolved bugs.

Key experience and good knowledge are needed:

Firstly, architecture best practices and patterns

Secondly, microservices and architecture in the cloud

Likewise, application design, modeling tools, and enterprise architecture

Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL) Good knowledge of business process analysis

Interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture)

Also, working experience with Java technology

J2EE includes service-oriented architecture (SOA), web services, and Spring and Spring Boot.

Software development methodologies (e.g., RUP) and the Angular development framework (version 8 or newer)

General web technologies: HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, with relevant certifications

Also, UML modeling language and development platforms (e.g., React Native, Ionic, or a similar one) to develop mobile applications

Excellent knowledge of web (progressive) and/or mobile (native/hybrid) application design and development

Object-Oriented Design and Development, Abstract Thinking, Reusable Component Design and Development

Message-Oriented Middleware/Enterprise Service Bus technologies. Experience with microservices and RESTful paradigms

Modern UI paradigms (client-side scripting) and system administration in Linux and Windows environments

Practical experience in data modeling, data base optimization, implementation of schemas, and the ability to interpret and write complex SQL series

Practical experience with JMS, Eclipse, EJB, Web services, UMS, Hibernate, jUnit, and Maven

Mobile development techniques: Android/Java/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, Key Attestation

Also, continuous delivery and application lifecycle management tools (Bamboo, JIRA, Git)

Understanding of Mobile App Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, deployment, and support

Security Practices: Knowledge of security practices and protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure the app is secure from vulnerabilities; secret keeping in Android and iOS operating systems; API protection in the context of API GW (server side); DDoS protection (server side).

Performance Optimization: Ability to diagnose and optimize app performance, including memory management, network usage, and battery consumption

Also, needed for this role

Market Trends: Keeping up to date with the latest trends in mobile technology, user preferences, and industry standards

Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards relevant to the app’s domain, such as GDPR for data privacy

Furthermore, the ability to apply high quality standards

Analysis and problem-solving skills

Lastly, the ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.
