Are you a skilled Configuration Manager & BMC Developer with experience in BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks? We’re hiring for a high-impact NATO project based in Belgium!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement and manage CMDB technologies to align with system design and architecture
✅ Configure BMC Remedy Suite and align it with business processes
✅ Perform operational activities under Configuration Management policies
✅ Provide support for testing, transition to operations, and handover activities
✅ Integrate various data sources (MS SCCM) with Remedy Atrium CMDB
✅ Work closely with stakeholders to optimize BMC Discovery and TrueSight Operations Management

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 Education: University degree in Computer Engineering (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
🔹 BMC Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (v9.1+), BMC Discovery (v11.x+), and CMDB Automation
🔹 Strong background in ITSM, PowerBI, and Approval Center configuration
🔹 ITIL 2011 Foundation certification beneficial
🔹 Experience with DCIM Patchmanager tool implementation
