If you are looking for a contract job in Leeds, we have a great role for a Field Service Engineer to join a company in Leeds. The contract term is one month but this may be extended.

Role overview:

Most importantly, troubleshooting, Diagnostic, installation, maintenance and repair equipment.
Also, maintenance, field modifications and IMAC work
Furthermore, 50 plus of the day will include travel therefore you must be willing to travel
A very strong relationship with Dispatch is vital for this contract role
Likewise, maintain and monitor communication tools including Phone, Voicemail and Email
Also keep up-to-date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments
Ensure best practice standards and common sense are always sought
Maintaining tools, test equipment and Company supplied Vehicle.
Adherence to all part process and procedures
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Utilizing escalation and support process’s to resolve service delivery issues.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
Stick fast to regulatory requirements.
Likewise, met employee administration and deadlines, Overtime, Expenses, Mileage Declaration.
The contract role may require other duties and responsibilities outside what is listed and is subject to change

Requirements for this role:

The following are needed but, equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, may be acceptable. This is subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

Firstly, ONC or equivalent IT qualification
Secondly, Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Also, must have a valid full UK driver’s license and a good driving record.
Three years’ experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Track record of reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.
Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Also, analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
Resourceful, with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent time management and communication skills
Be able to adapt to change well.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Finally, must have a good attention to detail.

Will include low levels of radioactive isotopes.
Also, extended periods of computer usage and driving.
Finally. periodic overnight travel and working on your own.
